Supportive Services for Veteran Families
Total Action for Progress (TAP)
The CoC Board shall be comprised of individuals and agencies concerned with the development and coordination of the CoC’s homeless response system.
Must follow a code of conduct, conflict of interest and recusal process.
Establish a coordinated assessment system.
Develop written standards for providing assistance.
Set project level and system level performance targets.
Monitor and evaluate project-level and system-level performance and take action on poor performers.
Develop a plan to coordinate the implementation of a homeless response system.
Plan and conduct point in time count.
Conduct annual gaps analysis of homeless needs and services.
Participate in the Consolidated Plan.
Report on and evaluate VHSP performance.
Make funding decisions for all federal and state homeless response grants provided to the CoC
