FY 2020 - 2022 DHCD HSNH Program Competition
The Central Virginia Continuum of Care (CVCoC) is pleased to announce the availability of funding for homeless services in the Lynchburg region through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). On January 27, 2020, DHCD announced that the the Homeless and Special Needs Housing (HSNH) funding application for the Virginia Homeless Solutions Program (VHSP) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) is now available in the Centralized Application and Management System (CAMS).
