Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Warming Shelter
The Central Virginia Continuum of Care (CVCoC) is pleased to announce the availability of funding for homeless services in the Lynchburg region through the City of Lynchburg’s Community Development Block Grant. The Central Virginia Continuum of Care (CVCoC) is soliciting project applications to be considered for FY2025 (Program Year 2024) Community Development Block Grant funding as a sub-recipient of the CVCoC through the City of Lynchburg. The project to be funded is a low-barrier warming shelter.
