The Veteran Huddle is a planning team staffed by anchor agencies within the Central Virginia Continuum of Care. The Veteran Huddle case conferencing process develops and reviews plans for veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to identify and secure services and supports that will lead to stable housing.
